Active X Controls
Common Controls Replacement Project	Active X controls written by Microsoft MVPs (the non-employee volunteers who answer most of the questions in the MS Newsgroups)
TAL Technologies	If you need to read data from a serial port (bar scanner etc.) into Access take a look at TAL Technologies "Software Wedge" to use as your interface.
IP Works	32 Bit Internet Connectivity OCX's for just about every need.
Mabry Software	Active X controls of all types for internet, smtp/pop3 mail, sound, gauges etc.
Cool.stf	Freeware and Shareware RAS, FTP and ASPI controls
Access Add Ins and Libraries
Find and Replace in Access by Rick Fisher	A top notch shareware find and replace add in to change field names or anything else in Access. Versions available for Access 2-10 (Xp).
Speed Ferret	Access find and replace utilities from Black Moshannon Systems
FMS, Inc.	Add ins for Spell Checking, Statistics packages, Version control and libraries of code. Be sure to read some of their white papers on Access, including the one on Access "division".
Voronov & Maximov Consulting Group	Add Ins for Access developers supporting form resizing, flat buttons and controls and customizeable continuous forms.
Reporting Tools and Packages
Active Reports from Data Dynamics	A nice reporting package that can be used with Visual Basic and Access. (Competes with Crystal Reports for those looking for stand alone reporting capability.) Uses VB for its coding and event engine.
DataQuest, Ltd.	Creators of Visual Access an Access information query and reporting tool for end user retrieval of information.  Nice user interface and supports XML as well.
RepTool	A multi-purpose reporting tool for Access, SQL-Server, Oracle and other databases.
Graf-FX	A graphing and data drill down add in for Access.
Datacle	Datacle is an interactive data drill down tool supporting data from SQL Server, Access, Excel, or an OLE-DB source.
Other Tools
Superior Software	Database utilities for Access and SQL Server for upsizing, version control etc.
MicroTools.US	MicroTools offers products to convert traditional Access based Dbs to Jet based .Net applications.
Free Access	Lots of utilities, add-ins, free databases and code samples from down-under.
Peter deBaets Access Tools	Check out this site for tools to support drag-and-drop between controls, shrinking and stretching forms to fit screen resolution and other shareware.
Trigeminal Software	Michael Kaplan's web site with a number of useful tools for replication, and internationalization of apps.
BarCode Shareware Resources	We didn't really know where to put this one, but its a treasure trove of information and links to resources regarding barcodes that is useable for Access Developers.
BarcodeFAQ.com	BarcodeFAQ.com is a FAQ and tutorial site that also markets barcode controls.  Their related site at ID Automation, Inc. offers information on post net, MICR and other encoding technologies.
Data Direct	ODBC and JDBC drivers for most databases Oracle, Informix, DB2, Progress, Sybase as well as desktop apps like Fox Pro, Paradox and Clipper.

The Access Web	Started by Dev Ashish, a comp.databases.ms-access newsgroup regular contributor and maintained by Dev and a number of other Access MVPs, this Access web site has answers to common problems questions and design problems along with numerous sets of code and links.
Beginners Access	A nice set of detailed pages compiled by the University Computing Service, University of Leeds.  Although focused on Access 97, the topics covered are suitable to all Access versions.
Access Monster	A comprehensive site of tutorials and programming and design sources as well a forums
Allen Browne's Access Page	Access author offers a number of useful code snippets and optimization suggestions.
Stephen Lebans' Access Page	Access MVP and developer has posted solutions many of the problems related to reports such as text justification, text rotation etc.
Tony's Toews Access Page	Access page by an MVP and newsgroup veteran contributor with code and links.
